FAQ

Why is my Liner Wrinkling?
To everyone that is having problems with their vinyl liners wrinkling we apologize, but we do not make the liners, we do not warrantee them, we just sell & installed them. It's the manufacturer that warrantees them.
What causes most liner wrinkles is the pool water chemistry is imbalanced, too high of chlorine and/or too low ph! This makes the liner absorbent in a way, so it takes on water like a sponge causing the liner to grow thus causing wrinkles, its call elephant footing.
What you can do to prevent this from happening is keep an eye on your water chemistry & adjust it as necessary, that's the responsibility of the pool-owner.
Once it happens there is no fix but only a replacement, or you have to just ignore it and enjoy your pool & wait until it's time to do a liner change.
You can contact or look up your vinyl liner manufacturer & see their warranty policies. Most if not all manufactures don't warranty this type of problem as it's cause by owner negligence.
